Sand Sculpting for Parties

We build our sand sculptures on and off the beach (indoor or outdoors). This includes locales such as hotel lobbies, convention centers, etc. The sand is contained in boxes of various sizes, depending on our clients’ needs.

 

We typically arrive early to complete 70% of the sculpture prior to the event and recommend the final sculpting during the event to entertain your guests with our unique creative process. We offer professional photography to preserve the memories of your event. This saves you money by eliminating the cost of hiring an independent photographer.

 

Services and Options
1. Concept Sketch of what we will build for you. This is our time to work out the design to your liking. We will revise the sketch until we get it right. We would incorporate your theme along with other elements as a backdrop to the sculpture.

2. We provide Social Media coverage of the sculpture. We will blog post about the event, including before, during and after. This includes Instagram and Facebook. We reserve the right to post to social media, including YouTube unless you specifically request that we don’t post.

3. We take professional photography of the creation. We post to our Flickr photo site and make files available to you

4. We would build the sculpture on the beach with access to water either from a hose or the water’s edge at high tide. We can also build in most any location like your lobby, ballroom or outside on pavement, depending on your event needs, with imported sand. Our tables set up almost anywhere you have the space. The sand stays in the table for easy clean up. We move the sand in 5 gal buckets and transport it using our vans. We recycle the sand and reuse the table for the next project. Our current sand and tables have been used over 80 times, it in its self is LEED friendly.

5. The sculpture is up for one day… however we can have these stand for weeks if you like. We have a return fee to remove the sculpture on a different day.

6. Typically we need to get access to the space 5 to 7 hours before the event for set up and sculpting. We often finish the sculpture as a performing art for your guest, as they arrive. This is optional for you. We just adjust our schedule to work with yours. You meet us at the site and help locate the sculpture, then we are all set.

 

Birthday Parties:

Include the birthday name, date and Happy Birthday in your sculpture.

 

Interactive Sand Workshops:

Interactive workshop for kids and the parents can be included for up to 25 at any time. We would bring tools for kids 6 and older.

 

Interactive Sand Tables:
Guests can build their own creations on 4’ x 6’ tables. We would work with the guests to show them the tips and tricks. We would also provide the tools, these are the professional tools we use in our competitions. If you need even larger impact, we can connect our tables to create an even larger display. For example, we can connect our tables to create a 4’ x 24’ platform, or 8’x12’ platform for a long logo design or other grander presentation. We can even link our platforms with sand bridges for an even more impressive display.

 

On the Beach Options:

Standard by hand: We build a cool beach sand sculpture incorporating your logo or message along with a castle or other themed related element. The sculpture size would have elements that are 3’ tall and be apx 8’ to 10’ long based on the design.

Medium by hand: We build a cool beach sand sculpture incorporating your logo or message along with a castle or other themed related element. The sculpture size would have elements that are 4' to 5’ tall and be apx 12’ to 16' long based on the design.

Large by hand: We build a cool beach sand sculpture incorporating your logo or message along with a castle or other themed related element. The sculpture size would have elements that are 4' to 6’ tall and be apx 18’ to 22' long based on the design.

 

Table Top Options:
Small: This table size is 3' – 0” x 4' x 2' tall. We can build a cool sand sculpture on this size table. We can build up to 2' tall on top of the 2' high table. We would remove the sculpture after the event same day.

Medium: This table size is 3’-9” x 6’ x 2' tall. We can build a cool sand sculpture on this size table. We can build up to 3' tall on top of the 2' high table. We would remove the sculpture after the event same day.

4’ Diameter Platform: this platform size is 4’ in Diameter x 2'-8” tall. We can build a cool sand sculpture on this size platform. We can build up to 3' tall on top of the 2'-8” high platform, or a platform that is 18” tall. We would build this in one day, and then removed after the event.

Logo Platform narrow 2’ x 8’ x 18” tall (NEW): This platform is a great size for stunning corporate logos.
We can build up to 4' tall on top of the 1'-6” high platform. We would build this sculpture in one day.

Logo Platform narrow 3’ x 6’ x 18” tall (NEW): This platform is a great size for stunning corporate logos.
We can build up to 4' tall on top of the 1'-6” high platform. We would build this sculpture in one day.

Logo Platform Wide 3’ x 8’ x 18” tall (NEW): This platform is a great size for stunning corporate logos, with more depth and size than the 2’ x 8’ x 18” tall. This size can also be set at 32” with a banquet skirt around the base.
We can build up to 4' tall on top of the 1'-6” high platform, or 32” tall table. We would build this sculpture in one day.

Round shape 6’ Diameter Platform: this platform size is a circle shape with a size of 6’ in diameter x 2'-8” tall, or a platform that is 18” tall. We can build a cool sand sculpture on this size platform. We can build up to 4' tall on top of the 2'-8” high table, or 18” platform. We would build this sculpture in one day.

Jetsons Shaped Table: This table size is a contemporary shape with the general size of 4’ x 8’ x 2' tall. We can build a cool sand sculpture on this size table. We can build up to 4' tall on top of the 2' high table. We would remove the sculpture after the event same day.

Round shape 8’ Diameter Platform: this platform size is a circle shape with the general size of 8’ in diameter x 2'-8” tall, or a platform that is 18” tall. We can build a cool sand sculpture on this size platform. We can build up to 5' tall on top of the 2'-8” high table, or 18” platform. We would build this sculpture in two to 3 days

Large: This table size is 6' x 8' x 2' tall or 4’ x 12' x 2' tall. We can build a cool sand sculpture on this size table. We can build up to 4' tall on top of the 2' high table. We would remove the sculpture after your event is over, same day. This size may take two days to build, depending on our staffing and the design.

Large platform: this platform size is 4' x 12' x 2'-8” tall. We can build a cool sand sculpture on this size Platform. We can build up to 5' tall on top of the 2'-8” high Platform, or a platform that is 18” tall. We would remove the sculpture after your event is over, same day. This size may take two days to build, depending on our staffing and the design.

Grand: this Platform size is 4’ x 18’ x 2'-8” tall or 6’ x 12’ long x 2’-8” tall, or a platform that is 18” tall. We can build a cool sand sculpture on this size Platform. We can build up to 4' tall on top of the 2'-8” high table. This size may take two or three days to build, depending on our staffing and the design.

 

Additional options:

Color LED Lighting Option: To any of the above sculptures we can incorporate cool color LED lighting. This is an amazing look for indoor, evening or sunset events. We would set it up one of two ways. If we only need an hour or two the lights can go on battery mode. If we need several hours we will need a power source. We provide over 10 light sources with the ability to change out our color gels. Our lighting is specifically designed to highlight our sculptures. We will need basic 110 power ran to the site for this.

Video Option: We will create a cool video. In the video we will capture some live and some time lapse clips. We post to YouTube to share with your guests, all to music.

Overall event Photography Option: We can also cover your entire party or event.
